It's my understanding that the guys on the ground were trying to get someone to come to the door. Not sure if someone answered, or one of them just decided to save the doggo himself. It appears to be one of them though. Either way, it was a good outcome!

Maybe the owners were out, thus leaving the dogs out back. They should really invest in dog cages though, If they don't want a dog that can swim, like a Labrador. Pretty dangerous having anything, that can't swim around a pool, unsupervised. It's bound to happen again.
