Police Monday released body camera video of police fatally shooting an armed man behind a fast-food restaurant in San Diego’s Talmadge area. A collection of body cameras and helicopter surveillance footage is presented. 23 year old Jesus Valeta was shot in the altercation and later succumbed to his wounds at hospital.

Amazing FLIR footage.
The police body cam documentation, never actually provided anything suggesting that the assailant was armed with a weapon.
....so when you hear the police yellin' out "drop the weapon" you can pretty much rest assured that you're gonna take a round or two...

It looked as if he threw the gun in the first bodycam as he dropped to his knees. Too late.
