Both of the drivers for the windmill blade are to blame here.
As SOON as they could tell the arms had gone down and Esp when they could hear the whistle,
The lead driver should had sped forward.
That would have allowed the semi to pull all the way forward sooner.
Cause he was SO close to clearing that very expensive disaster.
State Farm had to pimp out some khakis to pay for that one
