Not really sure what the backstory to this nightmare is, but this fella did something to his foot that needed tending to but instead blew it off for so long, everything below his right ankle rotted and died and now, he will need to cut off to keep the rest of his body from dying of sepsis.

I'm 100% sure this guy is aware he's fixing to get a foot amputated and is probably on some major antibiotics. Probably has a surgery date all set up. Just because we talk different dose not mean we are stupid. I've noticed alot of people hear a southern draw and think we're cousin fucking retards. Well we're not retards.. 😆

Looks like a fake leg to me. You can see something is not right at the bottom of his shorts, like he has his real leg bent up behind him. And the"broken" foot leg is a different color than the other. Most likely, if this was a legit situation, that dude would not be standing up chatting so cavalierly - he'd be in a bed somewhere hopped up on pain meds - BIG TIME pain meds!
