The fuck!? When has there ever been a tornado in New York? I saw this trending on Twitter and wanted to know people's thoughts on it. Was it as bad as it's portrayed to be? Was this fake and over-exaggerated? I live in New York state and not the city so I cannot tell. On top of everything else, a tornado warning was issued for NYC today

We had a real one here 10 y. Ago. Sky turned green and newspeople started screaming “if you are in park slope Brooklyn“,(wha???) “get in the basement and get away from the windows” as I’m looking out our front window thinking that’s a funny sky color, huh.
Today was just rain but thanks for caring. Locusts arriving tomorrow As scheduled.
