I think he most likely got hung up on the tracks or broke down. The trailer sits really low on the side we can see. I'd be willing to be that the other side of the trailer is on the ground. It's very short and steep grade leading up to the tracks and a low sitting trailer. Someone decided to save money by not properly grading the road leading up to the tracks.
