Nah, not drastic enough, I was thinking of one whole year of community service, on a 1200 /1500 calorie diet, mainly lean meat/fish, eggs, vegetables, legumes, quinoa, skim yogurt, whole grain bread and green tea. Believe me that menu will come as a terrific shock to them.
