Shiro Ishii was one mad lad, lol. I think the black plague infested flea bombs were fairly ingenious when it comes to WMD's of that time, and they used them on a Manchurian region of China. Japan could've likely gotten those bombs to the US during the war, too, almost seems like divine intervention that it never happened. Fascinating stuff. Humans can be a nasty bunch.
