Crime US Border Intercept Illegal Immigrant Boat

Crime
Kudos, CBP. Keep those fuckers OUT!
They aren't going to keep them out. I hate to tell you but, CPB has orders to enforce policy and not laws currently and the ol' wet-foot-dry-foot tactic means once these people in the boat in the video are processed, they may very well be allowed (if they have no warrants out on them) to be released to further continue their journey.

As long as furthering their journey is not within the 50 states or within the US-owned water or air space -

“Illegal entry into the United States is a federal offense under 18 U.S.C. 1325, which applies to noncitizens who enter or attempt to enter the country without authorization.”

Well as I had said, "I hate to tell you..."

As I also already said, currently, once they're processed and as long as they have no warrants & they didn't have drugs or weapons or act rediculous, currently does not enforce law but rather, policy (they can though, if need be or their mandate changes) & the 'fugees will be allowed to continue on. It's always been like this guys but, I think some Americans are only just now waking up to how it all works. I know Trump knows exactly how it works too, having grown up in NYC & specifically with working w/tradees in the construction 🚧 industry... That entire "Polish Brigade" fiasco. 🤡

Less than 10%-15% of who CPB captures & process is essentially worth any bounty & fee so, they allow them to just continue on. Also, their countries do not want them back unless they're wanted & they aren't paying a penny to the USA towards getting them back to wherever they came from which is often a nation whose government has way less 💰 than the cartels who have often infiltrated their political seats controlling that anyway.

Occasionally, if they don't like the look of 'em especially, or we know they'll pop up in the system soon enough anyway, another federal agency is informed of their presence &/or movement through their area & agencies that aggregate this type of data do their thing. It's a huge business equating to big money! Remember too, stopping them & incarceration might mean you'll fuck up someone's investigation that they spent millions on & countless LEO man hours on too. 😦 Never be THAT asshole! Processing one thoroughly can take a very, very long time & putting them in detention costs alot. It's generally reserved for only some of the illegals they encounter & where big ops (that will take ultimately years in full) to deal with like when it is an entire area saturated w/entire communities of illegals (Minnesota & their Somalians for instance). When it's a full on big mission like that, there will be existing infrastructure in place but, those facilities are not everywhere so, there can be the huge added transpo cost to get them to a holding facility too plus, travel must be done under armed guards so, you have to factor that in to the cost : benefit ratio as well.
You'd never know when randomly encounter ingredients a boat of "illegals" if any are high value potentially though, not initially, because it's all compartmentalized & for a good reason though, there are "the rolls" which even bounty hunters get copies of if they work areas high in "illegals." THERE IS A ROLL FOR EACH COUNTRY TOO. 🤑 Safety first for our US Officers as well as our counter agents on the other side of the fence though! Our U.S. Citizen Bountyhunters too, safety first for them as well. They may do it just for the money but, they're helpin' out atleast. Also, we do inform the statees or Sheriff's Depts about their presence too, not just feds. They're part of the community that is need-to-know & them boys deserve a lil bit of love too especially because ICE gets the majority of the federal monies & not enough trickles down I imagine. They're stingy, that's why. They are the ones who bank roll those tent city processing places as well as the entire op though. But, each 'fugee can be worth about $2500 & those smaller departments in rural areas, they need money too. Sharing is caring. ☺️
My brothers were working w/CPB since way back but, it's still the same as of 6 months ago when a brotha transferred to work w/the Phoenix area CPB but, some of their training means 6 of 13 weeks is here at Quantico or Georgia, both. Those were the fun TDY (TAD) assignments for them because there's some action sometimes & sometimes they catch one worth a lot!
