She needs to carry a taser or some mace next time she goes to take her doggie for a walk. That’s what I do. Never leave home without it. I have been very close to using it , but fortunately never have had to. Once this black dude followed me for a while , when I turned on side street he got extremely close and i prepared myself to use it. Then a voice from a neighbor deterred this black dude from doing anything. We shouldn’t live like this , it’s just wrong. I didn’t say a word to the black dude, didn’t invite him or give him the evil eye. I wasn’t looking for trouble. This shouldn’t happen. But if it does , I’ll be ready. Black people, DO BETTER. quit causing problems. Be a better person for your own community.
