Because theyre not all sub 70 IQ, someone uses the dipshits to steal for them, while theyre the ones who actually designed it.



Also its the government, its literally the government giving them these tools.

I know this because i used to spend an inordinate amount of time trying to go as deep as i could down that rabbithole.


Its the feds 90% of the time.

They join some group online that has scams or "methods" and then post a couple that are really fucking wild, they get used to oblivion, and then suddenly a new law gets passed about exactly what was abused.
