I’ve just got a chilli on the go it will simmer away for about 5 hours ish now,I used to have a mate who said no chilli should be ever eaten on the day it’s cooked but he’s dead now and won’t get on my case about it. Trying out a combination of hot sauces I got for my birthday the other month,like a complete twat I had to try a drop of the concentrated stuff yes it’s hot fuck it’s hot but then I came over all funny and had to have a sit down ffs.

I dont have a missus mate, I find it difficult to cook for myself. Im lazy in that dept. I seem to waste a lot... and a wee dabble now and then is allowed...

Get a load of Aldi currys you can freeze them. Microwave them in the plastic container they're in. That's even easier than phoning and waiting for a chink take away. Also get the wraps,they last for 2 week in fridge even when opened.

EDIT= they also do chink ones the same range but i havn't tried those the currys are OK.

Well that was the worst chilli ever all the fancy hot sauces have hit the bin all heat no flavour had to make a bit of yoghurt type dip to cool it down for my missis but still shite a lot of ingredients time and effort to all go in the bin,the rice was nice.
