I'm officially retiring from IT after 16 fucking years of this shit. Hopefully going to work in Utilities. Fuck users, passwords, more users, Xerox, security violations, help tickets, Xerox again, and VoIP....oh and your gay ass fax POTS lines. That shit is ancient stop using it! 
I've had this nightmare customer for a year. She's mentally unstable and acts like giving her stupid shih tus a haircut is brain surgery. Today she called to complain that the ears were cut too short yesterday. She called me on a bad day to be complaining, normally i am all about the customer service but this cunt... I gave her her$160 and gave her ten strait minutes of destroying her soul, she's a worthless house wife piece of my mind! I do what I want?????
rofl sometimes it's just easier to fire a problem customer than deal with their BS. And think about it, someone is probably married to that thing.
