What's on the menu tonight?

I made bacon wrapped chicken tenders last night. Seasoned some chicken tenderloins with salt, black pepper and cayenne. Then wrapped each with a full strip of bacon. Put them in the toaster oven @350 on convection.

While that was cooking I made some honey-mustard-BBQ sauce. Melted some butter in a pan, poured in some honey and mustard. Spicy English mustard and a bit of yellow mustard. Some Sweet Baby Ray's hickory and brown sugar BBQ sauce. Hot sauce, ground ginger, salt and pepper.

Then I turned the bacon wrapped tenders under the broiler a few times to finish. Put some on a plate next to some baked beans, slathered them with honey mustard sauce and ate them.

I was going to bake a sweet potato but I forgot to put in the toaster oven with the tenders.

For the normal Wiener Schnitzel you get often a slice/piece of lemon on the plate to have some drops of juice over the meat.

Just saw it's mentioned on the same page as well.

Yes!!! This is kinda like what I did. I thought it sounded good, plus we had to use the pork chops. We didnt have onion rings, but used Minute Rice instead dripping in butter. Diane and I never thought to put fried eggs with Pork Chops and Im glad we did. The only downfall is we had to use expired Shake n Bake, that was about a year old. Hey I never heard of anyone dying of Shake n Bake poisoning LOL :P But again Thanks for the idea :)
