anyone over 40 seems to hate them. Apparently brussels where originally this one variety and always quite bitter and strong, but they have since been crossed with sweet cabbages etc, and have different varetals, so modern ones are mild and sweet, you should re try them, theyre also beyone gorgeous shredded and stir friend with bacon and chestnuts. But you might have the genetic code that makes you taste the PTC.
