The lamb had a mix of Salt, Pepper, Garlic, Cayenne Pepper & Celery Seeds with Garlic flakes & Rosemary held on with Olive Oil, this was put on a rack & left in the fridge for 2 days, the veg had Olive Oil & Basil all over them(that's what looks like fly shit)
