I made a 15-bean soup in the crockpot. Used chicken broth instead of water and added 4 lbs of lean hamburger.

Getting bored of making the same things. I have flank steak marinating in the fridge, but that will wait for another day.

dinner was home made veggie fried rice with egg over easy. which was slammin!

lunch was ole stand by of pbj and choc milk

pancakes and bacon for bfast.

I made boneless chicken thighs with fresh, cooked broccoli. Onions, mash potatoes with cheese and sour cream. With ranch dressing over all of it and a sprite 'cus I'm fat.
