nice man, I love cooking/eating steak. Porterhouse is really good, maybe the best cut, but I don't
see it too often. New York strip is good
enough for me, almost the same thing. I won't lecture you cuz I'm
sure you know what you're doing but in case you
don't know, ALWAYS leave the steaks out at room temperature at least 30 mins before cooking, and ALWAYS let them rest 5-10 minutes loosely wrapped in aluminum foil, after you cook
them

SK is one of the few things allowed on hotdogs. The others being raw yellow onions, yellow mustard and maybe green relish. But in no circumstances ever catsup....and any other toppings makes you a communist.

Only thing I prefer green peppers is pizza, I kind of like the bitterness. Other than that ya green peppers can lick my taint.

I like honey mustard on hot dogs, but yes I agree KETCHUP (freak) on hot dogs is for plebs. You said you're austrian though, right?? I know for a fact a big German/Austrian street food is a giant basically hot dog

Thats where the kin are from but ya, they have some fucked up food though. Headcheese (its like chunky sour jello), these awful potato dumplings that stick to the roof of your mouth usually served with fatty goose or duck.

Looks simple, and it is... dev's butterfly'd counrty fried(in bacon grease)chx breasts. Marinated in Italian dressing, spices and such.
