People will try and argue against me but it's impossible because I'm talking facts and statistics. Preservation of life is the best thing to do. What would happen if they hit someone behind the guy? Maybe chilling in their car...that many bullets fired it's bound to happen sometime. It's ruthless the way they are behaving over there man.
