Went to the fish market earlier today. Had oysters as well but neglected to photo them after shucking em. I have shitty/non-existent knife skills but whatever. Blackened (ginger powder, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and blitzed/powdered sesame seeds) channel bass , couple teensy scallops, unsure what to call the green mixture, made it by blitzing some leeks, green onions, cilantro, fresh ginger, sesame seeds, shallot oil, soy sauce, and lime juice.
