why,yes. yes it is. but not much in the way of the food i eat. its hereditary. when i was a teen,it was over 300. slightly,but still. the dr told me to stop the fast food places like mc donalds and burger king. the thing is,i hardly ever ate there. ever. now as an adult,i havent in i cant even tell you how long its been. cinnamon is natural in lowering that. exercise is as well. just being active is enough to ohelp lower it. and no,im not on any pharma meds. the side effects sound worse than the actual problem. ill take my chances.
