Lemon chicken lasagna. Alfredo instead of marinara with capers~ 🍻

Although I'm not technically having it for tea tonight, I've just made haggis. I hadn't told my missus I was making it and she shit herself when she opened the fridge. Looked like Jeffrey Dahmer had been round. My butcher had bagged up a lamb's brain, two cheeks, a tongue, a liver, two lungs and its heart. I also had ox intestines in there.
A few years back, after returning from Bulgaria where it is a delicacy, I bought a whole sheep's head from my butcher....cleared the fridge out completely and just sat the head in there. When she came home from work she went to get the milk from the fridge...and 😝😝😝😝😝
 
Mango salsa chicken penne. Fry chopped chicken breast with peppers and celery. Add 2 cans Paul Neuman Mango Salsa. A slice of swiss or mozza, et voila.
 
Tonight: Cabbage cooked with smoked sausage and chicken broth (salt & pepper, touch of sugar...), and Spanish rice...Rice, tomatoes, seasonings.... I forgot the cornbread, but, oh, well, oven toasted bread w/ garden & herb Land O. Lakes butter spread....

ROTFLMFAO.....!! What a dirty mind you have.....Didn't even cross my mind!! LOL!

I made a caldo Mexican dish.. tomato/chicken based broth I love mine with tons of veggies (green beans, corn,cabbage,2 different squash, potatoes) served with aside of rice!

I made Steak, mashed sweet potatoes with butter, and green beans with Italian dressing and parmesan cheese

Try this one time and you’ll love it. Buy fresh beans, wash & cut, boil in water for 10mins or until tender. Throw the beans in a pan w/ melted butter, garlic, s&p and a pinch of sugar. They are GREAT :drool:
