It's the Merkur MK-23C, I think. I like it. Nothing at all to complain about.

Nice razor, has the oft used DE-89 head. If you like the shave it gives you there are literally hundreds of choices for you from different manufacturers, will come down to the handle and finish you like. If you wanted to try something new there are different heads that will provide either a more mild or more aggressive shave. If you're interested in some suggestions I'd be happy to oblige.

Nasacort... two bottles actually. We mix it with the cheap everyday nose spray, and, Voila! (My best friend taught me that word. Use to always say, "Wala!". But, yes, mix a cheapie nose spray with Nasacort....you can't become addicted to the nose spray, hence, Voila!!!
