I cooked a huge porterhouse steak, rare, a sweet potato with butter and sour cream and a cheddar bay biscuit.
I eat one meal a day so this was a filler upper.

My activity level has dropped, trying to restrict calories a bit. Can always go back for more. Gf keeps baking sweets and I can't say no to them. Gravy was salty too, got to keep an eye on that.

I like a hotdog once in a while and these are the best I've had in ages. Been buying cheap generic but they always have a funk to them. Twice as expensive and half as many but I won't be throwing them out in a week.

It's very rich. Butter in the carrots, starchy potatoes and salty gravy. Went back for another, and a kaiser and two glasses of milk. Had to lay down for an hour.
