Serious Sexual Arousal to Non-sexual Violence

I was researching about hybristophilia and I found myself thinking it could be just an extreme form of sexual arousal to non-sexual violence.

I have some questions and I firmly believe this is the most appropriate forum to ask about neurological and psychological factors that affect sexual attraction and fascination to violent behaviors.

Please, excuse any mistake I'll make writing in my second language.

Is it true that our craving for sex is very similar to a violent impulse or a need for drugs, at least from a neurological point of view? Why do some people find more attractive individuals that committed a crime instead of the ones that are intentioned to commit it? Is it in our human nature to welcome violence as something sexual? Why do social isolation, censorship, and thought oppression increase the general liking of violence and discrimination?

P.S. Where can I find individuals with such thoughts to interrogate? Would it be a bad idea to contact sexual offenders?

If you contact inmates they will lie to you, not sure how good the research would be. I don't think this is a bad forum for the question because isn't everyone on here attracted to violence on some level? Would we be here if we weren't?

Or take me for example, I like pain. Not inflicting it, receiving it. I feel safest when I am bound (aka helpless). Left to my own devices and completely in control I feel very unsafe. How fucked up is that? I am not attracted to violent offenders in the slightest though. They are monsters. But, I do appreciate someone with a little sadist inside. So maybe these people who are attracted to violent offenders draw their line further down than I do. I don't think people are "this" or "that." I think we all land somewhere on the same continuum. Some people want someone capable of zero violence, some want a little, some want a lot. We are all somewhere, on the same ladder, just different rungs.

The answers you are looking for can be better found by studying criminal psychology and/or by talking to people who specialize in psychosexual behavior rather than talking to offenders.

U can’t study people with there knowledge the results would be to conflicted by many factors you have to start a post saying “u need help with such and such feeling and these are my thoughts on the subject what are yours ?” U can steer subjects by easily suggesting feelings or actions u felt or committed and if they felt the same or other similar tactics that would uphold your suggestions or theories of your subject

Yes, Cortisol and Adreneline surge under stress (like when being in a fight) coupled with increased heart rate as well as dopamine and other chemicals being released into your system relate to both violence and sex.

Why do some people find more attractive individuals that committed a crime instead of the ones that are intentioned to commit it?

This is a very individual question, it has to do with the life experiences that have shaped that particular persons veiws on life.

There is a primal aspect of violence as it relates to protection and being able to provide. Think about when you've ever gotten into a fight with your partener, aroused afterwards?

Why do social isolation, censorship, and thought oppression increase the general liking of violence and discrimination?

Being socially cut off, censored, and having your thoughts and veiw oppressed makes it easier to be violent towards that group, because you no longer have an emotional attatchment to it and aren't being allowed to share your opinions and feelings on anything. When non-violent means of communication and comprimise are suspended, violence is thw only option.

I do feel like it is a bit of a stretch being violent it doesn't need to be when we are civilised. Maybe a few people are behind in that part of mental development.

I've heard people say that death makes them horny.

A smart guy who told me about this years later, theorised it was a primitive urge to make us fuck like rabbits and replace the dead.

Fucked if I know but sounds plausible.
