Phone Tracing for the Average Joe (Is it Possible)?

Long story short, someone owes me $200 for some herbal tea, the address given to me is an address where he no longer resides. I realise the amount is very little ($200 Australian Dollars).

Been blocked on social media and via mobile and he has disappeared off the map, I gave him a couple of days grace to get his shit together but it's not happening.

I'm assuming I've just been burned, and have to let it go, for me it's not the monetary value but the disrespect to think you can do this shit and get away with it. '

As a last resort wondering if any of you intelligent folks know of a way to trace a phone to give you a pinpoint location?

I think only his phone company will have access to that information,and would only pass it over to the cops if requested by them for a serious criminal investigation

In the uk we have a company called twinings they do a nice range of herbal teas ,mint peppermint etc maybe you should look at the range of teas you were suppling 😁😁😁

I should have been more precise, I am the one short $200 and have no herbal tea (I am the customer, not the seller). I either want my herbal tea, or $200 back.

That looks like my kind of coffee! I think the two could be separated though (no pun intended) I have every addiction going, coffee, herbs, beer and cigarettes! Also I carry a little chilli powder grinder around with me so if I go to a restaurant, pub, cafe and order a meal I can add my own chilli seasoning to it.

Get a friend to maybe check their socials, some have locations added to posts (a local runaway was found by their parents via their facebook friends and their snap maps) or if they have moved to the other side of oz you can guarantee they took some photos on the trip it looks a long way to me, it probably isn't really worth your time or gold coins in that case though.
I hope you still have some 'tea' to calm you down.

I've seen plenty of documentaries and shows on the legal Marijuana industry in the US and Canada, not sure if it still the case but it used to be a big clusterfuck of State says it's legal, Federal law says it's illegal.

Australia hasn't got with the times yet sadly (probably won't be by the time I've kicked the bucket either). They do have medicinal marijuana that can be prescribed, but you have to show a long history of chronic back injuries or similar, anxiety, and depression, can't just walk in and say doc I got really bad migraines I need some of that Purple Haze or Moon Rocks they got over at the dispensary, they will discourage at you every single fucking step of the process. I've had bouts of anxiety and depression (I think everyone has), but they want you to be on the big pharma meds.

I've seen what Lyrica and Oxy's do to people, treats their pain (mental or physical), but it just turns them into fucking walking zombies or vegetables, I've seen people drooling and literally falling asleep, or nodding like they've just taken a big old hit of heroin up the main vein. The Pharmacist and Dopesick are 2 TV series I watched on NetFlix and it infuriated me, can't grow fucking weed but they'll quite happily let entire regions fall under the spell of corrupt doctors and their big pharma suppliers.

speaking of phones. i was talking with my friends wife the other day. and came up with an idea. a breathalyzer for your phone. instead of hooking up a device and blowing into s tube,its your phone. it will only work for the newer computerized cars. not your 1999 ford or toyota. but a current one.
just down load an app and make a call to a number so you have to talk into the phone. it will detect/pick up trace amount of alcohol. and your car wont start.
like i said. just an idea "off the cuff". would need more elaborating and thought. but what do ya think?
