Retard is a word that frequents this forum, because it is a great and amusing word. I still see ‘Mentally Retarded’ coded as a diagnosis in patients’ GP medical records, usually from 1960’s.

I stumbled across this serious, but seriously outdated, and therefore amusing educational video about retards while my kids and I had a comedy video session.

I thought some of you may find this interesting, or just fucking hilarious. Some members, like Kesselring, may even get a glimmer of hope for the future.

Back when the Merry Pranksters were around dropping tabs on a daily basis, Ken Kesey eventually said something to the effect that the stuff was awesome but once you open that door and go through, how many times do you have to keep going through before it's enough?
