Called my trainer last night and asked if I could hit the gym early this morning cos I have an appointment in the city at noon, I turned up at 6am and was handed my very own set of keys, he told me that as long as I text him everytime I'm on my way down then I can use the gym whenever I wanted to, regardless of whether he's there or not, then he told me the code to the alarm and fucked off. I hit the bag, did a couple of circuits and finished at about 10am.
So yea, I'm pretty happy about that.
