I think I've seen the video you're talking about. As someone who has struggled with an ED, nothing will push you further away from recovery than being told you're finally beautiful now and being paid for it on top of all that. My opinion is that a woman who birthed a lot of children would be seen as highly desirable. the tribe who could hunt and gather food enough to make her fat would be seen as highly successful. No fast food here. No farming, no shops etc.
