Now you got A LOT of roided up young guys running 1000+ HP custom builds on Chinese highways and boulevards after midnight, sometimes well over 200mph in some areas. You can imagine how that shit is going down in super-urban areas where residential buildings are everywhere. If a crash happens at 150+mph, debris and shrapnel would be flying in all directions almost as fast as an arrow leaving a hunting bow. Even at 10+ stories above the ground, you are not going to have a good night if an axle or engine part comes whizzing through your window.
