I had to google crackling 😅😅. Well theres supposed to be "bubbles" so that when you bite its both crunchy and airy...but my oven simply refuse to be cooperative 😅😅

AND a little glass of strong hot coffee.

Sausages from my buddy (one chorizo one garlic), Lyonnaise potatoes, creamy slaw & an unsweetened berry ice tea (I dislike sweet tea).
