disaster Rendition Of Titan Implosion

The sub failed for these reasons:
  1. tube rather than sphere. (most have spheres made of steel or titanium or resin.
  2. non homologous materials (titanium end caps and carbon fibre tube) with dissimilar expansion coefficients.
  3. non peer reviewed (all the other successful ones have been )
  4. built cheap for profit unlike the others.
Vescovo charges $750 k to take one person down in nice leather seats and a titanium sphere 90mm thick. Tested to deeper pressures than can be found in our oceans. His sub's sphere is accurate to a fraction of a mm. $39 million cost for one unit.
Why these people went down in this death trap for $250k I have no idea, esp given two were billionaires... and to spen hours cross legged in a cramped space... madness.
