Now that the game has been released to the masses, i am really excited to play this game. I love dice rolling mechanics and also it is a turned based as of which i do not mind. (kinda wish it has a real time that you can switch like Pathfinder Kingmaker)

I would probably spend an hour on Character Creation and making my character Fabulous. lol
I am also excited about the dialogue choices (or choices) you can do in game. (I saw a video of someone click a choice to kick a squirrel, the person roll the dice and landed on 20 or Nat 20/Natural 20. the character on the game kicks the squirrel HARD lol)
And now for the Fun part… MODS!!
Holy craaaaappppp i am going to ham on them! Sexy mods especially 👀 😏

I am going to spend many hours on this game.

What about you guys? are you going to play this game? What do you think of it? I mean it needs 100+ Gb storage… sooo a lot of content? I hope..

Sounds like it plays different than the o e I played years back can't remember if it was part 1 or 2 but it was a dungeon crawler hack and slash .

The Baldurs Gate Dark Alliance games are top down hack and slash, I love those games.

I love Baldur's gate! I used to do the duplication glitch and print money for all my characters, cloning swords repeatedly. I haven't played in forever.

The Baldurs Gate Dark Alliance games are awesome but have definitely aged. Still very fun, decently challenging. The Champions of Norrath games are very similar, same dev team, but slightly better imo, nicer to look at and more character options.

Fantastic game but for all the hype of the character creator I’m not sure how people else end that much time in it

Not really a fan of turn based games but I took the risk and bought it. I have played literally nothing else since picking up the game. I would like to play a Campaign with other players at some point.
