I own a lot of single malt 18 year and older scotch. I apologize for the spelling mistake. It is difficult to remember the spelling. I would much rather just enjoy the scotch.

Scotch is made in casks. Oak is very common. It is CASK.

white oak or european oak,is what theyre made from mainly.
i believe they used to put the scotch/whiskey in barrels and sink them in the ocean for a long time,if i remember correctly. but i think its illegal now. if it is,idk why.

yea i had a headache this afternoon. this fucking heat n humidity. working out in the blazing sun with no cover. by 1400,i was spent! co workers walking up to me tellling me how red my face was,and asking me if i have high blood pressure also. "no,just a headache. and im thirsty".
now im home. showered.hydrating and in the a/c cooling off. felling a lil better.

With all this talk about 18 yr single malt scotch, and older. Not one word has been said about the proper glass to fully appreciate the unique distillery.
I just so happen to know the glass you should be using. This glass is also considered to be the gold standard, used to properly taste and appreciate the flavors.

I got headaches a lot because of a concussion and I have scar tissue in my brain now from a car accident 21 years ago. Once I became healthier more active and quit smoking, I rarely get them.

I find the only time I get them now is if I drink too much caffeine or don't eat when I'm hungry.

All my life, I have suffered from headaches. Terrible headaches, at least 4 to 5 days each month. I have been to fancy headache clinics. They were pretty much worthless. They prescribed all sorts of fancy migraine, headache medicine that made my headaches much much worse. I believe they misdiagnosed it as migraine.
My primary doctor retired, and my new doctor told me about a study he participated in.
(400 mg Magnesium ) once daily. I have not had a headache in six months now.
Magnesium is relatively safe and water soluble, the worst side effect I believe can be diarrhea. It is available at the drugstore non prescription over the counter.

Don’t take this without talking your doctor first. This was a miracle cure for me. If you suffer from headaches and migraine meds made it worse try this.
