Haha its not theft, it's the circle of ride. When I lived in Switzerland I never "owned" or even bothered transporting a bike, you just find a neglected, dusty looking one with half flat tyres at the Bahnhof and look after it for 6 months. Unlike these Dutch arseholes, you return it to said Bahnhof better than how you found it.
