No gore at all. Just an accident in front of my house.

Destroyed the corner of my 150 year old stone wall... :(

The blue SUV was an old geezer of a trump-humper with Trump bumper stickers. He was refusing to give me his insurance information, and told me I needed to get it from that girl instead. I told him I needed BOTH insurances, as I have no idea who was at fault. The police would need it anyway. I was in my kitchen, when I heard the crash.

Dude got all beligerrant with me, while the girl in the silver jeep was hyperventilating.

I don't care who was at fault. Dumbfucks who can't drive a fucking SUV hurt my poor innocent stone wall that's been there longer than all of us, and never once moved!

In the end, he did, in fact, have to give me his insurance information so I can start making claims.

I've FINALLY met a fucking wall I didn't like! :trump: :trump: :trump:

Ugly fucking wall to begin with. Perhaps they did you a favor and you'll get a new presentable wall.
I think it marked a boundary to a small family grave yard originally. That's what the realtor who sold it to me said anyways. I'm not sure I believe her. But that wall definitely is older than the house even is, as it says 1868 with a maker's mark. The house itself was built in the 1920s. So. Who knows?

All I know, is that I'm collecting the insurance money then fixing it myself. A project for the spring, perhaps. I'm keeping that shit. Lol

That ugly wall should cover a few mortgage payments from insurance.

Thought it would be a chink woman in an automatic….
No, just some dumb young white female mother trying to pick up her kids, most likely obliviously tapping away on her phone while travelling 50 mph+ in a 25, rather than actually speaking into it and watching g the road and her speedometer. And an old geezer with dementia and 85-20 vision who hates everyone under the age of 65, turning right at a red light at .002 mph for no reason.

Yeah, I'm getting it assessed. I spoke with the bank's insurance agency, and the adjuster from the bank assigned to assess my property, said it may be designated on the national register of historic places due to its age. If it is, it raises the value quite a bit.

Anyway to milk the car insurance companies! 😀

The police investigator dude is working on assigning fault percentages between the two drivers.

Hope it gets repaired soon.
I'll do it myself on my own time. I'm already planning it as a project in the spring after the winter when the weather starts getting nice again. No reason to involve some shitty local contractor to profit off the accident and off of my hard-earned property to fix it. Only two of the stones actually broke. Most of them were just displaced. Just a simple a matter of digging into the bank to smooth out the soil and re-place those stones with a little bit of mortar mix. Shouldn't take more than an afternoon.

I'm also thinking of getting one of those ground-penetrating radar things to search for old dried bones. Maybe they might have treasures buried with them. That would be neat!

Did you realize there is information in your images that allows one to easily find this building on Google maps? I'm looking at your building now on Street View. Do you want people knowing where you live? It's kind of a confusing building, with two different addresses fronting each street and multiple units, so I guess that helps preserve anonymity somewhat, but still... I sure wouldn't want my home address posted on here.

What a pretty wall too, and sadly a dying trade too, there wont be many people skilled in old stone walling around. Glad you got the insurance sorted and hopefully you can get the wall made new again

Oh, for sure. Everyone uses fake crap today too.

If ya wanna come on over, I can bake you a lasagna. ;)

Thats really creepy.
Yeah, that sure is. I'm not sure how she got that specific information, unless the coordinates are embedded into the photos. Lol.

But yeah, it used to be divided into three different units. It also has two additions. The original structure was a five bay home, then later on, divided into apartments, an addition added to the one side and made it to an apartment, and most recently, an addition added on the other side supported by nothing but a 6 by 6 wooden pole, which is going to be knocked down next summer. I don't trust it, and the building inspector doesn't like it either. Planning on extending my pepper garden.....maybe have it as an onion garden....on that side.
