It reminds me of a vid from India (?) with guy's hand or whole arm sucked into vertical something-belt behind the driver, if anyone knows what I'm talking about.

Throttles are generally operated manually. This one is just operated by a string.

I absolutely did not explain how a throttle works. I only pointed out the method being used for making the throttle work.
I mean...generally your throttle is manually controlled unless you are on a rocket to outerspace. But I get what you mean
Necessity is the mother of invention you know. Hard to find parts with the supply chain still affected.
