Favorite tobacco brands?

I see a lot of tobacco users here, myself included. What’s your go to brand? For me it was Marlboro special blend 100s and Marlboro black red 100s. I switched to vaping and now dipping/nic salt pouches. My go to dip brand was Copenhagen wintergreen long cut. I just got a can of Grizzly wintergreen long cut, they actually fill their cans… 😂 I usually ZYN now tho but they don’t kick you in the teeth like cope or grizzly. so what’s your go to nic fix?

Smoking is for fags.
Thank god I’m smokeless now then. 😂 I remember the first time I ever heard someone call a cigarette a “fag”. 🤣 someone at work asked to “bum a fag from me” I was taken back for a moment. I literally said “sorry I’m not gay”.
😂🤦‍♂️

Marlboro Smooths
Never had them before. They smoke good?

I grew Virginia Gold as a hobby when I was a kid. It wasn't for smoking I simply wanted to see if I could grow tobacco as a house plant. The plant grew from a seedling in January to an adult by about October. I harvested the leaves and made several bundles which I hung over the window to dry. Definitely had enough tobacco to make several hundred cigarettes just from that one plant. It had been perhaps 6 or 7 feet tall by the time it was mature. Never understood why people pay for tobacco when it's so easy, cheap, and perfectly legal to grow your own. I never smoked any of my tobacco but kept the leaf bundles as home decore for a number of years.

I’m a sucker for house plants lol. I’m gonna have to give this a try!

It's alot of fun! The seeds are very cheap if you buy them online. They are very tiny like poppy seeds. You have to sprinkle a couple dozen on some dirt in a shallow dish and spray them with water. Then you wait for them to germinate. After a week or two you will see the first leaves growing on the seedlings. You have to pick the three biggest and healthiest seedlings, the rest of the seedlings you can throw in the garbage (they are too weak to live).

Then you put the three biggest seedlings into three separate pots. After a month the biggest seedling will be the one you keep and put in the biggest pot, at least 5 gallons of dirt. The other plants you can throw away.

It is important to never put unwanted tobacco plants into the wild as they will release nicotine and other chemicals into the environment potentially contaminating the soil for several years.

Then you just put the big seedling in the big pot and put it in the sun and water it. Tobacco plants don't really need much in the form of nutrients.

Virginia Gold is an easy plant to start with but it isn't the only species, if you're looking for a higher nicotine content plant there are varieties that contain more nicotine in a single leaf than the entire Virginia Gold plant leaves combined. Do research and you will have fun!

I smoked for ten years and used chewing tobacco and snuff for a bit longer, roughly fifteen years. My preferences were Copenhagen (original, long cut and pouches), Red Man Plug and Cannonball Plug, Marlboro, Camel, Lucky Strike, Dunhill, Du Maurier, Nat Sherman cigarettes and Cohiba Esplendidos cigars. Smoked a pipe a bit, water pipe, too, but no tobacco in those. I've done a little vaping, as well. I enjoyed them all. I quit using tobacco cold turkey. It wasn't difficult. I just quit buying it. My lungs, wallet and my doctors thanked me.

Hell yeah brother! Good on you for quitting! I stopped cold Turkey for about a month but I just love my nic. 😂 the ZYNs seem to be stupid safe that’s why I try to stick with them. Just nic salts and food grad additives. As far as I’m aware nothing cancer causing in them.

Always liked Amber Leaf but a pack lasts me weeks.

It’s rolling tobacco. I get about 150 cigs per pouch.

I think I enjoy rolling them as much as smoking them.
Ok that makes sense lol. I rolled my own for a while. I had one of those manual machines you crank. I used “Good Stuff” tobacco.
