I agree, just get on with it already. Do you have any other plans you’d like to achieve in the meantime? That are measurable and can be accomplished through personal efforts?

I want to achieve the best physical fitness possible.
Do some marathons and challenges to test myself.
Achieve a good aesthetic physique.
Gain more knowledge and learn how to build and craft.
Have a workshop and plenty of tools.
Have kids and create a happy home for them, a better one that I grew up in with a detached house.

Buy properties around the world and lay a good economic base so my daughters do not have to work as much as I had to work at the time. Also make them keep valuing all that, take care of it and keep them being humble.

Both objectives have already been achieved so far, what I am doing is making them persist over time until i die.

Do you have any life goals you want to accomplish before you die?

For me - I am the cook in my family, it’s always been an interest for me. This year I started a recipe journal for everything that I make, with commentary of what was good, who liked what, alterations, etc.

I am doing this so my family can recreate something they enjoyed that I made, to be remembered.

Is it sad that I don't.......

To cut everyone out of my life. Every single one. Why? I placed way too much importance on them in my life. They aren't even worthy to be in my life or final moments. I just want to be left alone by all of them. I've almost achieved that and I'm not even dying.. yet. I just need to dwell in the gore on sites like this and the dark obscure places in real life. No it’s not sad that you don’t. I think most people don’t put much thought into planning for after their passing, unless they’ve been confronted with the possibility.

For me, it was being diagnosed with stage 3b colon cancer. My clock is ticking, so to speak.

Before my mom got alzheimers, I sat down at the dining room table with a stack of index cards and asked for all her good recipes we had enjoyed through the years... even to this day, people crave the cornbread dressing at Thanksgiving and Christmas.. I miss my mom...
