You get your dusty rifle off the wall, take your shot, and hit the target with deadly professional precision. You get your name in the papers, a place in the towns annual parade, and a pay bonus. Then back to work at the desk playing video games. That may have been the only time you ever needed to do actual work in your whole career as a police sniper.
