A most average man, just even average-er.
Alcohol is shit but I can't seem to stop drinking the stuff, some people like it and can enjoy it responsibly but I don't know when to stop.
Weight gain, decrease in fitness, wasting money, not sticking to plans and goals and making bad decisions are just some of the consequences of my alcohol abuse.
I've tried quitting before but I always seem to fall back into old habits, I drank last night so would this be day 1 of no drinking or day 0?๐คฃ I'm going to post an update here once a week. I'll do a weigh in too. Might even post before and after pictures when I lose the weight.
I'm thinking instead of drinking I'll just make weed edibles instead so I just picked up a fat ounce to last me the month.
Anybody know the easiest edibles I can make? Or any you'd recommend? I don't even want to smoke anymore, I want to improve my health.
Currently I'm a muscular but fat fuck who's 5 foot 8 and 19 stone๐ญ
