Wouldn't need social security if I had 30% of my income to save and invest for 30yrs, and wouldn't need Medicare because I'd have no proof of income. I'd have hospital classify me as indigent and receive care. Non profit hospital will not turn you away.

Whoever you worked for would have proof of your income due to payroll laws. They are required to pay payroll taxes for their employees even if they are paying them cash. So either your employer will be paying you less than everyone you work with in order to eat that loss or they would take it out of your pay and you not receive any benefit for it later in life. Also to invest requires a bank account which the government tracks in order to combat "terrorists." You will also have to pay a tax of 30% on any gains made with dividend stock investing.
You seem to think that people that are not paying taxes are rich for some reason. It's the exact opposite tho because if you don't pay income taxes and social security taxes then none of the laws that protect employees are applied to you so you will constantly be mistreated and underpaid.
