Yes it sucks that the treatments for this have long lasting side effects but like all treatment you weigh the benefits and costs and not transition is worse then maybe not having kids of your own. Musk said it wasn’t explained to him that puberty blockers are “actually just sterilization drugs” when he gave his consent for his son to undergo the treatment. He called the term “gender-affirming care” a “terrible euphemism.”

I lost my son, essentially. They call it deadnaming for a reason,” Musk said. “The reason it’s called deadnaming is because your son is dead. My son Xavier is dead, killed by the woke mind virus.”

Puberty blockers have been shown to cause long-term fertility problems in boys, a preprint study from Mayo Clinic concluded earlier this year. The study found that puberty blockers’ impacts may be permanent, disputing claims that such effects can be reversed.

After an extended pause, Musk added, “I vowed to destroy the woke mind virus after that.”

Vivian Musk came out as transgender in June 2022. Around that same time, the then-18-year-old filed a request to change name from Xavier to Vivian and take her mother’s last name, the Daily Mail reported.

“I no longer want to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form,” Vivian said at the time.

The appropriate treatment for gender dysphoria is long-term, high-quality psychotherapy. Not chemical and/or physical castration. The transgender agenda is one of the darkest things done to this generation. By the time people wake up, they are irreversibly broken. As is intended. It's very profitable for some medical professionals, it weakens and distracts young people that might otherwise turn their attentions to society, community, and family instead of self self self.

Children don't have the brain development to understand long-term consequences. We don't allow them to make important decisions about medical care except in this one particular case. We don't allow them to, say, stay up all night or live on candy, just because they feel like it. Adults must make good decisions for kids until they are capable of doing it for themselves. Many adults are failing kids when it comes to this issue. I'm not a huge fan of Musk, but he is realizing too late how he should have stood up for his child. He's not the one who did any abandoning. It allows them power to manipulate adults with the threat of cancelation if they don't kowtow to the party line. And, particularly relevant for Musk's child, it gives them a problem to grapple with, something to feel righteously oppressed by. This generation doesn't face any real, serious problems like war or disease, like previous generations did. They're well-fed, healthy (until they start poisoning themselves with inappropriate hormones or chopping body parts off), catered to, spoiled and coddled. They need a challenge to overcome, even if it's self-imposed.

And it allows them to feel virtuous and superior to other people they deem not woke enough. Which you should be very familiar with.
