By claiming to be Muslim Jews, that's not that unheard of - some Jews have been known to convert to Islam.
By claiming to be Jewish Muslims though..... that's just barmy. Muslim conditioning breeds nothing but hatred for Jews from a young age. Why would any Muslim convert to Judaism? That's a death sentence.
Blacks claiming to be white? Talcum powder will do that.
Whites claiming to be black? Shoe polish will do that.
But no self respecting non-heterosexual would claim to be anything other than being queer.
Anything else screams "political activism", so if you're that mental, you might as well claim to be everything too: a black, white, orange, muslim, jewish, native american, non-terrestrial mushroom - that votes!
