I too have a similar asshole in my neighborhood too. He loves to make his car backfire the whole way down the road. It's a shame because his car used to be nice and quiet. Now it sounds like firecracker's and a weed eater. He's a real dick!

Like I said stab his tires around 3:30am it's pretty quiet actually and leave a note saying keep acting like a little fucktard and I will keep taking out your tires. Even idiots can do simple math and after having to buy 4 tires he will behave. I have experience with these types of situations. 🤔
