No, they are not evil, they are just self-willed and wild and curious and they clearly think logically
But if you deal with them, they can become very intelligent towards you: for example, my cat, if she hears my voice or sees me, she meows softly
I don't know why she does this, when she is a few meters above my head, she stops, meows softly and doesn't move until I look at her
But then I call her to come to me, but she doesn't come
Either she wants to say thank you or express her love, probably, or just wants to indicate her presence
I have been petting her every day since she was very little and if she stops petting her, she starts tapping my hand very gently with her hand so that I can continue petting her or if I take her paw and pet it, she noticeably retracts her nails
Even if a cat escapes into the street, it always comes home, but if a dog escapes, it never finds its way home.
Cats are much smarter than dogs, but dogs can be trained to do more things, while cats don't need to be taught, they learn by themselves
