Random fact- it has fairly recently been discovered the cerebellum also balances emotions and other brain processes. This was after studying people who had specific cerebellar injuries, many of whom developed ADHD type behaviour traits. Doing physical balance exercises like yoga etc can strengthen the cerebellum in general, improving emotional control, mental focus and overall mental wellbeing.
