Finally got around to watching after downloading it weeks ago and just finished it. I think this is well done! It’s a drug deal gone wrong movie. It’s set at Christmas time so I guess it’s a Christmas movie. It’s go a lot of humor. It has different stories intertwining. Dudes hanging out talking type scenes. As I said you can definitely see Tarantino in this movie. It’s like a generic store “Tarantino” brand version of the name brand, but a really great generic version that isnt as great as the name but worth buying as a product.
That lead female character actor in Snyder’s Dawn of The Dead, Sarah Polly is in an early role, As well as Katie Holmes and Jay Mohr. Also a surprising appearance by Melissa McCarthy, who because of her youth made me double check if it was really her. I don’t know her well. I don’t know any of the actors in this well and am not fans fyi so I can be more objective in my assessment perhaps. I suppose now they are a bunch of has-beens but this was their early careers and they all do well.
Anyway I recommend it. I found it on torrent site, limetorrents I think. Not a masterpiece but a hidden treat or gem for sure.
