That building was hit twice and OP video appears to be the second strike. There are two other videos from different locations facing the side that was hit showing damage from the first strike here...Hmmm , a couple of things are rather suspicious. The fact someone was ready and filming, and the ambulance and police car already on scene down below.

Thanks. I recognized the style but couldn't recall the artist. "Hieronymus Bosch". I loved looking at that stuff when I was a kid.Looks like from a Bosch painting. I recognize the style.
