That building was hit twice and OP video appears to be the second strike. There are two other videos from different locations facing the side that was hit showing damage from the first strike here...

Thanks. I recognized the style but couldn't recall the artist. "Hieronymus Bosch". I loved looking at that stuff when I was a kid.

I don't get it. I thought that when a flying object hits the top of a building that the building falls directly downward.
