That was actually his pay check the wannabe thug thief dropped on the sidewalk at 0:42. True story! That part was was edited out to avoid doxing his name, address and earnings on the video as SGV News retrieved it and recorded it after the thug thief left The Scene. I don't think anything came of this as the sprayer was fully within his rights to spice the thug thief to defend himself from the assault and attempted strong arm robbery. This happened in 2022 in Southern CA. The videographers were SGV News and Riverside County Accountability (the one that used the pepper spray). If you see a camera in public and don't want to be recorded, don't go up to it, and definitely don't try a strong arm robbery of the equipment! Doh! Thanks for posting it, @lovestruck!
